For ODM, we undertake complete product development, including design and manufacturing and where there is visible value addition from us in any stage of taking the product from concept to its final shape including shipping the products to the end customers.  These solutions are based on our own range of proprietary RF products to cover various wireless communication requirements.

MACE

A Programmable intelligent RF module combining an 868 MHz Ultra-Low Power Sub-GHz Transceiver and a 16-bit MCU.


Mace combines ultra-low-power, sub-GHz transceiver with a 16-bit MCU, integrated crystals, internal voltage regulator, matching circuitry, power management switch, EEPROM, and PCB antenna., Mace is ideal for designs requiring long battery life, flexible application integration, and a reliable, proven, best-in-class networking solution.

2.4 GHz IEEE Std. 802.15.4 20dBm RF Transceiver

R2D2, the RF module, combines a 2.4GHz radio transceiver module with LNA and PA. The radios provide industry standard RF performance with excellent sensitivity and transmit power for long range. Designed specifically interface with the major micro controller through SPI, R2D2 is ideal for designs requiring long battery life, flexible application integration, and a reliable, proven, best-in-class networking solution.

YODA

An Intelligent RF module combining a 2.4 GHz IEEE Std. 802.15.4 20dBm RF Transceiver and a 16-bit MCU.


YODA combines a 2.4GHz radio transceiver module with a 16-bit MCU. The radios provide industry standard RF performance with excellent sensitivity and transmit power for long range. Designed specifically using extreme low power microcontroller and a Zigbee protocol stack on IEEE 802.15.4 standards, Yoda is ideal for designs requiring long battery life, flexible application integration, and a reliable, proven, best-in-class networking solution.


 

Auto Pilot for UAV

Blackpoll is a fully functional UAV Autopilot with Dual core processing capability with processing speeds of up to 1 GHz.

A medium range wireless communication link, combined with Blackpoll’s ability to receive in-flight commands, allows transmission of real-time telemetry, sensor data and images to the ground station, offering remote control of the UAV over a range of 3km.

In-built trajectory management gives Blackpoll the ability to seamlessly maintain height, altitude, direction, and speed. Real time health monitoring gives insight into onboard temperature and battery life from the ground. All of this is done whilst still achieving efficient power management.


The IMU includes a 3-axis accelerometer (± 8g), a 3-axis gyro (± 500 deg/sec) and a 3 axis magnetometer (± 1gauss) and ultrahigh sensitivity down to -163 dBm enabling indoor tracking. Weighing in at only 18g, and measuring 40mm by 70mm Blackpoll is both compact, and very light weight making it the perfect solution for low noise, high sensitivity GPS Data collection.

BLDC Motor Driver 

The BLDC Driver Device is realized using System-in-Package (SiP) Technology.

The SiP is designed for pulse width modulation current control of 3phase brushless DC motors. The device is designed to dissipate the heat effectively with internal circuit protection for latched thermal shutdown. Internal circuit protection also includes dead time protection and under-voltage lockout. The device is available in SO 36 Footprint and can be configured for custom packages. This product is designed for use in a wide range of Industrial applications.
